Dr.Kyaw Lwin Oo got Ph.D degree, majoring in Library and Information Studies from University of Yangon in 2016. He started his job as a tutor, department of Library and Information Studies, Yadanabon University in 2003. In 2012 he promoted to assistant lecturer in department of Library and Information Studies Yadanabon University. Then, he changed from assistant lecturer to assistant registrar in 2016 at Dagon University. And then he promoted to registrar at University of Yangon in 2019. Currently he is promoting to Deputy Head of Department (student affairs section) in Yangon University of Foreign Languages.

Function of Student Affairs
One of the five main sections of the Academic Branch, the Students Affairs Unit of the Yangon University of Foreign Language is carrying out such academic functions as online announcement of application, registration, admission, provision of student identity card, allocations of classroom with student population, timetable announcement for domestic students. For foreign students who are studying Myanmar Language as foreign language, this Unit is responsible for matters on admission and registration, visa extension, hostel allocation and so on.
